Since I announced this Substack, a lot has started moving, so this first post is a simple update on what I’m working on and how things are shaping up.
I recently joined Advisable as Head of SEO.
Advisable is a digital agency and venture studio with strong design, solid engineering, and a product mindset. The team has earned awards in branding, UX, and e-commerce, and their work covers retail, healthcare, travel, logistics, and more. They build websites, e-commerce platforms, applications, and full growth programs while also launching products through their studio. It’s a busy environment with real output and fast feedback loops.
Most of my time and focus goes into Advisable now. Search has a central role here and the work feels meaningful. Can’t wait for what 2026 has to bring.
I’m also hiring an Athens-based SEO Specialist to help shape the next phase. If someone comes to mind, feel free to share the role.
At the same time, I am keeping search minds active with a much smaller set of high-impact projects. It fits well with the agency role without creating friction.
New offices
I moved search minds into a new HQ in Cholargos. The space is a clear upgrade and makes the daily workflow smoother.
Tools and partnerships
I have been standardizing the tools I use across search minds projects. A few platforms now sit at the center of the stack:
SE Ranking
SE Ranking is becoming my main SEO platform. I was already familiar with Planable from earlier projects, so the acquisition made me revisit everything. The combined ecosystem fits well and covers tracking, audits, competitor research, keywords, backlinks, and reporting. If you want to try it, this is my affiliate link.
Waikay
A friend pointed me to Waikay, and it clicked quickly. Smooth interface, structured outputs, and tools that feel built for actual SEO work instead of demos. I will likely get a license after this first round.
Databox
I partnered with Databox to improve reporting for search minds. Their dashboards pull multiple data sources together with minimal setup. It makes it easier to track performance across clients, share insights, and keep everything aligned without building every view manually.
Chrome extensions
Since launching the Substack, I’ve also been publishing a few small extensions I built to make day-to-day work smoother. Each one solves something practical that kept coming up in my workflow.
Google Ads Highlighter to mark Google Ads placements on the SERPs.
Link Extractor to pull every link on a page in one click for audits and quick internal linking checks.
SiteBookLM to save any page directly into a NotebookLM source set.
Blursome to blur sensitive parts of a webpage so screenshots do not expose data.
Small tools, but they solve real problems in the workflow.
More posts will follow. I will use this space to share what we are building, what works in practice, and the tools and ideas that genuinely make day-to-day work easier. I think this will grow into something useful, and I appreciate you being here at the beginning.
